The problem

Multi-story glass is expensive to reach. Rope access, swing stages, and lifts all need rigging, permits, and room on the ground, and they put people at height outside your tenants' windows. Along the Wasatch Front, sprinkler overspray adds hard-water spots to the lower panes while dust and pollen film the upper ones. On homes, second-story and vaulted glass is dangerous to reach from a ladder.

    Exterior drone cleaning

    Deionized pure water is delivered to the outside of every pane from the air, with nobody on ropes, lifts, or ladders and no one inside the building.

    Streak-free finish

    Deionized water lifts dirt and evaporates without spotting, so the glass dries clear with no squeegee marks.

    Final inspection

    We walk the outside of the property with you or your site contact so every pane meets the same standard before we pack up.

Frequently asked questions

Do you clean interior windows?

No. We clean exterior windows only. Because all of the work happens outside, nobody needs to enter the building, tenants and residents are not disturbed, and there is nothing to move.

Can you clean upper-floor windows without rope access or a lift?

Yes. That is what the drone is for. Upper floors of multi-story buildings, and second-story or vaulted glass on homes, are cleaned from the air while the pilot stays on the ground.

Why does deionized water leave glass streak-free?

Deionized water has the minerals removed, so it lifts dirt and then evaporates without leaving the spots and streaks that tap water leaves behind. No squeegee marks, no drying residue.

Can you clean my windows on a regular schedule?

Yes. We offer recurring cleans — monthly, quarterly, or seasonal — for commercial properties, property managers, HOAs, and homes. We can put every building in a portfolio on the same schedule.
