Cleaning a building used to mean days of disruption and people working at dangerous heights. We started 8228 Drone Works because none of that is necessary anymore.
Our pilots clean facades, windows, roofs, and solar panels from the ground — faster, safer, and without touching your property with anything but pure water.
The traditional approach put workers on ropes and lifts, displaced your tenants, blocked your parking, and tore up your landscaping — and after all of it, the results were inconsistent because crews were rushing at height. Drones remove the height problem entirely. Nobody is up there, so nobody is rushing.
One-time deep clean or scheduled maintenance, commercial tower or family home — if it is exterior and it is dirty, we have a drone for it. We are based in Draper, Utah, serving the Wasatch Front.

How a job runs
Four steps, and you are in the loop for all of them

Assessment
We look at the surfaces, the materials, and the access. Stucco and asphalt shingle get a different method than concrete and brick.
- Step 02
Flight plan
Elevations, obstructions, water supply staging, and airspace. Certified pilots plan the job before anything leaves the ground.
- Step 03
Execution
Pilots work from the ground. Deionized water where spotting matters, correct pressure for the material, consistent coverage on every elevation.
- Step 04
Walkthrough
We review the result with you before we pack up. If a section needs another pass, it gets another pass.
