Property managers, HOAs & facility managers
Exterior cleaning on a schedule, without disrupting your tenants
We clean windows and facades on multi-story buildings from the ground: no rope access, swing stages, lifts or scaffolding. Put every building on a recurring schedule and keep tenants, entrances and parking undisturbed.
Why it fits a managed property
Built around access, disruption, liability and schedules
Tenants stay put
All of the work happens outside. Tenants and residents stay in the building, entrances and parking stay open, and nobody has to let us in.
Nobody works at height
The pilot and water supply stay on the ground. No rope crews outside tenant windows, no lift permits and no scaffolding to rig.
One schedule for the portfolio
Recurring monthly, quarterly or seasonal cleans, with every building on the same schedule so nobody has to remember to book it.
Documents on request
Every pilot is FAA Part 107 certified, and we're licensed and insured. We'll send a certificate of insurance before the first job.
What we clean
One vendor for the whole exterior
Facades, windows, solar and flatwork from one crew, so a portfolio has one point of contact instead of several.
Where it helps most
Buildings where access is the problem
- Multi-story buildings on a regular exterior maintenance cycle
- Buildings with setbacks, recessed facades or mixed materials that are awkward to reach with a lift
- Properties where tenant disruption or lost parking has a real cost
- HOAs and multi-family communities with many buildings to keep on one schedule
Comparing quotes
When you compare a drone quote with a traditional one, make sure the traditional figure includes access: scaffolding or lift rental, rigging time and any permits. Otherwise you're comparing our whole job with only the cleaning part of theirs.
Before the first clean
Three things to sort out first
- 01
Ask for documents
Ask any drone cleaning vendor for each pilot's FAA Part 107 certificate and a current certificate of insurance. We send ours on request.
- 02
Tell tenants a few days ahead
A short notice to tenants or residents costs nothing and heads off calls from someone who sees a drone outside their window without warning. It's the easiest way to make a first job go smoothly.
- 03
Walk the site together
We walk the property with you to check elevations, surfaces, access and where to stage water, and flag anything that needs a specific method, like low-pressure soft washing for stucco or EIFS.
How it works
From first call to a recurring schedule
- Step 1
Tell us about the property
Surfaces, elevations and materials, and what the problem looks like now. A portfolio is fine too.
- Step 2
Share the details
Building height, square footage, access constraints and any maintenance history worth knowing.
- Step 3
Free site assessment
We walk the site, define the scope and send the estimate from that, not from guesswork. If another method suits your surfaces better, we'll tell you.
We serve Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Weber, and Tooele counties. See the full service area.
Questions
What property managers ask us
- Do tenants need to be home, or let you in?
- No. We clean exterior surfaces only, so nobody needs to enter the building and tenants aren't disturbed. Entrances and parking stay open.
- Should we notify tenants before a drone clean?
- Yes. A notice a few days ahead explaining what will happen and when prevents most complaints. We can tell you the dates and times to include.
- What documents can you provide?
- Every pilot who flies on your property is FAA Part 107 certified, and we're licensed and insured. We'll send a certificate of insurance on request, before the job is scheduled.
- Can you clean stucco and EIFS without damaging them?
- Yes. Those surfaces get low-pressure soft washing, because high pressure can force water behind the finish. We set the method for each surface during the site assessment.
- Can every building in our portfolio go on one schedule?
- Yes. We set up recurring monthly, quarterly or seasonal cleans and can put every building on the same schedule.
